“App” refers to Maha Buys mobile application and website.
“User” means any person using the App to purchase products or services using the Maha Buys platform.
“Vendor/Seller” means businesses or individuals who list and sell their products on Maha Buys platform. In some cases, Maha Buys has own Vendor accounts in various zones to provide a convenient means for various Vendors, Shops and Service Providers to easily join Maha Buys platform to grow their business.
“We/Us/Our” refers to the Maha Buys team/owners.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
Vendors must comply with all legal requirements (licenses, permits, GST, etc.) in their respective category.
Users agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Vendors must fulfill orders on time and ensure product quality.
Vendors are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, and regulations.
Any disputes between a Vendor and a User shall primarily be resolved between them.
Payments for products/services will be processed through our secure payment gateway.
MahaBuys may charge a commission/transaction fee on each order.
Prices displayed on the App are determined by Local Vendors. Maha Buys provides a platform to Local Vendors and Service Providers to help them grow their business.
"Quick Deliveries": We strive to provide as Quick Deliveries for all the orders as feasible in the prevalent conditions and the type of orders. Most Grocery and Services Orders can be delivered within a few hours or on the same day. Some orders might take a few days to reach customers as some of the vendors need to prepare and ship the orders from their place of operation. Our goal is to provide a quick and convenient service to our clients but to also ensure the safety and well being of our Delivery Partners. So, patience and kind understanding from our clients to receive their orders and services is very much appreciated!
Refunds or cancellations are subject to Vendor policies.
In case of disputes, Maha Buys may mediate but is not liable for refunds unless clearly stated.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Vendors.
Our goal is to provide a quick and convenient service to our clients but to also ensure the safety and well being of our Delivery Partners. So, patience and kind understanding from our clients to receive their orders and services is very much appreciated!
Maha Buys is not liable for delays, damages, or failed deliveries caused by Vendors or third-party delivery partners and service providers.
All content, branding, and technology of the App are owned by Maha Buys.
Users and Vendors may not copy, distribute, or misuse our platform content without permission.
Maha Buys is a marketplace platform and it procures Products and Services from third party Vendors, Shops and Service Providers.
Maha Buys is not responsible for product defects, delays, damages, or any losses caused by external Vendors and Service Providers.
Your personal data will be collected and used as per our Privacy Policy.
Maha Buys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
Maha Buys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
